Cancellation Policy

Before your appoint goes ahead you will receive an email and confirmation call. This booking is not confirmation that it will go ahead, it is simply an appointment request! Thank you. If your appointment is confirmed, here are some things you should know before we arrive: · The appointment will last roughly 40 minutes. · We will attempt to contact you on the day before the appointment to confirm that you are still available, and to tell you which of our estate planning consultants will be attending. If we can’t confirm that you are still available, we won’t be able to attend. · If we are unable to reach you on the day before the appointment, we will attempt to contact you on the morning of the appointment. · If you have a spouse, it’s important that you are both in attendance. If for any reason you wish to cancel or reschedule the appointment, please call us on 0330 390 9200 or reply to this email to let us know. We look forward to meeting you.
